The Charity Commission’s inquiry and enforcement work suggests seven golden rules for good governance.

From a regulator’s perspective good governance underpins a healthy and successful charity. The role of trustee brings both rewards and burdens. The Charity Commission, along with sector bodies, offers a range of publications and guidance to help ease those burdens.
